Owned channels first,
rented ones on merit.
02 / Statement

Three rules we keep.
Fewer, larger tests
Focus beats volume. We would rather run three experiments that can be read than twelve that cannot.

Everything stays in
your accounts
Transparency and control are yours. All data, campaigns and assets live in your own platforms, documented.

Evidence before
opinion
Data dictates the strategy. We analyse before we assume, so every decision rests on something you can check.

How a project runs.

- 01 BaselineBaseline
Agree what is currently true, and how we will know it changed.
- 02 ShortlistShortlist
Pick the smallest set of changes that could move the number.
- 03 RunRun
Ship them properly, one at a time, with the tracking checked first.
- 04 RecordRecord
Write down what happened, including the parts that did not work.
The details are the product.

We believe in the tactile quality of every surface. The experience starts with the material and ends with the number it moved.

Writing.
- FEB 26, 2026A measurement baseline you can actually reproduceWhat to write down before you change anything.
- JUL 27, 2026What a good weekly read looks likeOne page, four numbers, and the misses listed first.
- FEB 01, 2026The case against the testing backlogFewer, larger, pre-registered experiments beat a long queue of small ones.
- MAY 03, 2026The second purchase is the whole gameWhy first-order economics mislead almost everyone.
Questions.

01 How do you price?
By scope, agreed up front. No percentage of spend, because it pays us to spend more.
02 How quickly does this start showing up?
Measurement changes land in the first fortnight. Programme changes take a quarter to read honestly, and anyone promising faster is reading noise.
03 What if the audit says we do not need you?
Then it says that. It happens often enough that we would rather find out in week two than month six.
04 Do you work with our existing team?
Usually. Most of the useful work is unblocking people who already know what to do.
05 Can you work with our current platform?
Almost certainly. Platform migrations are a last resort, not an opening move.
